Ben’s Ginger is made with a lot of love and handcraft from fresh and carefully selected Peruvian ginger in a small factory in Holzkirchen in Upper Bavaria.
In the gentle manufacturing process, Ben’s Ginger is not cooked, but only pasteurized shortly before filling. In this way, the existing nutrients are retained.
Ben's Ginger is refined with lemon and lime juice, a little brown raw cane sugar and a dash of almond syrup.
