| Care & Maintenance | "Teak wood has a yellowish, straight grain heartwood and whitish to yellowish brown sapwood. If not maintained it will age to a beautiful silver-gray patina, especially when exposed to sunlight. Regular oiling or sealing is required to retain its original colour. Raffia requires treatment to resist weather and rot, and is recommended for indoor or covered outdoor use only. |

Our brand name “Bazar Bizar” evokes a sense of duality and contradiction, blending opposites to create harmony. “Bazar” evokes the warmth of tradition and human touch, while “Bizar” hints at surprise, edge and reinvention. This core idea of two parts is more than only aesthetics, it’s a unifying thread that runs through every part of our brand. At Bazar Bizar, we celebrate this ‘Art of Connection’ – the ability of design to unify cultures, styles and ways of living. Our work is defined by this bridging of worlds: bringing together tradition and modernity, luxury and sustainability, simplicity and complexity, Bali and the world. Every object we create and every story we tell is part of this larger narrative. It forms a connection between past and present, maker and user, origin and destination. It not only enhances a space but also connects people to a story, a culture and a purpose.
