We are sorry for the bad experience. We source our products from a supplier located in Breda. We are buying from them for many months and selling not just on Orderchamp, but stores in Amsterdam and Hoofdoorp. We have no idea if they are getting their products from Temu or any other company. I will certainly ask them. Just want to say that providing a bad experience is not our intention and we hope you give us a chance again.
