Beautiful rugs but much darker than in the picture!! Customer does not accept them!
Unfortunately, the lantern purchased is completely different in color than in the photo. That was disappointing because I bought them especially for Mother's Day. Everything shipped and packaged well.
I have bad experience with this brand. They are hardly reachable and do not respond to chat/email for questions. The chair I ordered from them broke in half. the frame is broken in half due to rust. I am trying to get in touch with the brand to report this breakage within the warranty period, but they do not respond to email or chat at all. Orderchamp has also sent an email asking them to contact me, but they do not do this and I am left with a chair that is in half.

The furniture is lightweight and the outdoor textiles allow water to simply roll off without losing their suppleness. We are excited!
The flower pots arrived badly damaged. Despite sending photos, the company refused to replace the goods. In contrast to most other companies, shipping costs were also very high.

It is hard to get in touch with them. I am waiting for the retour adres, but they do not respond even though they confirmed I can return the items.
