I received this order last Wednesday. However, 2 of the three boxes are not my ordered items. Box(1Z70216Y6840139241) and box(1Z70216Y6841314657) have not arrived. Invoice number OC.INV377520 Order number OC828302. I am trying to resolve this immediately by approaching Accentra immediately after consulting with orderchamp by telephone (fortunately I speak English). Accentra indicates that it has not received a complaint from orderchamp, so it cannot process it. What now? Kind regards, Marsha de Groot.
