Tijdens het bakken op hoge temperatuur kunnen natuurlijke zandkorrels in de klei als subtiele donkere vlekken door het glazuur naar boven komen, waardoor elk stuk uniek is. De kom maakt deel uit van het bredere Rutunda-assortiment, dat theepotten (1250 ml), kopjes in twee maten en geselecteerde kommen en borden omvat - allemaal ontworpen om te mixen en matchen in een gecoördineerde tafelsetting.
Handgemaakt in een door een familie gerunde pottenbakkerij in Hanoi, nu in de achtste generatie, met gebruikmaking van lokaal geproduceerde materialen en niet-giftige glazuren. Voedselveilig, vaatwasmachinebestendig en magnetronbestendig voor dagelijks gebruik. Its soft, rounded shape and the natural texture of the speckled clay give it a warm, approachable look.
During high-temperature firing, natural sand granules in the clay may surface through the glaze as subtle dark spots, making every piece unique. The bowl is part of the wider Rutunda range, which includes teapots (1250ml), cups in two sizes, and select bowls and plates — all designed to mix and match into a coordinated table setting.
