DUA: Where Heritage Meets Modern Design Founded by Asti, an Indonesian living abroad, PULAU specializes in ethically sourced, sustainably produced, and privately curated collections of interior decor, home accessories, and artisanal bags. Each piece is handwoven from high-quality natural fibers: supple bamboo, strong rattan, golden-cured atta grass, and thick water hyacinth. PULAU was born from Asti’s vision to honor ancestral Indonesian weaving techniques while tailoring silhouettes, functionality, and finishes to contemporary interiors around the world. Working directly with multi-generational artisan families across Java and Bali, PULAU eliminates corporate middle-men to guarantee fair wages, safe working conditions, and authentic craftsmanship in every single weave. Our renewable, biodegradable fibers bring organic warmth, tactile beauty, and timeless soul to modern homes and lifestyles anywhere. Designed for independent retailers worldwide on Orderchamp, PULAU offers high-appeal, slow-design products with impeccable provenance, structural durability, and cross-cultural resonance.
