J'ai commandé 46 couteaux comme cadeaux de Noël pour mon personnel ; sans me le dire, Laguiole n'en a envoyé que 4, et ce n'est qu'après ma demande que j'ai dû apprendre que ces 4 étaient les derniers en stock - 6 jours avant Noël ! Même après avoir demandé une alternative urgente, Laguiole n'a pas répondu. Donc : aucune recommandation !!
I ordered 46 knives as x-mas presents for my staff; without telling me Laguiole only sent 4, and only after my request I had to learn that these 4 were the last ones in stock - 6 days before Christmas! Even after I was asking for an urgent alternative Laguiole didn't answer. So: no recommendation!!
Je suis très déçu que 3 coffrets soient arrivés cassé.. Comment procéder au remboursement des trois coffrets ?

Nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfaits de la livraison. Des articles étaient détachés dans la boîte et plusieurs articles étaient cassés ou endommagés. Nous avons contacté immédiatement mais n'avons reçu que la réponse ; « Merci pour le signalement » et c'est tout. J'ai été contacté à nouveau pour demander comment le problème avait été résolu et je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Très dommage car je sais par expérience que cette marque est de bonne qualité, mais le service ne vaut apparemment rien.
Wij zijn helemaal niet tevreden over de levering. Artikelen lagen los in de doos en verschillende items ware, daardoor stuk of beschadigd. We hebben meteen contact opgenomen maar kregen alleen het antwoord; “Bedankt voor de melding” en daar bleef het ook bij. Nog eens contact opgenomen met de vraag hoe het opgelost werd en heb geen antwoord terug gekregen. Heel jammer wantij weet uit ervaring dat dit merk kwalitatief goed is, alleen de service is blijkbaar waardeloos.
