If you check your e-mail you will see that we have sent you a link from DPD where you could choose the exact day and time for your package to be delivered. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we tried to do everything in our power for you to receive the package. Unfortunately the package arrived back to us yesterday, 06.07.2022. We have sent a request to Orderchamp to give you a refund. We are waiting for their solution and we are confident that Orderchamp will return the amount paid by you for this order. In the future we advise you to use the messages section or the e-mail if you want to contact a supplier because in this way we are notified. We do not receive notifications when a review is placed.
