Kadette Pinotage Rosè has a delicate salmon pink color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe melon, cotton candy, rose water and summer berries. On the palate, the flavors of juicy raspberries and cherries blend harmoniously with a fresh and natural acidity.
Pairings at the table: Perfect with fish and sushi dishes, as well as with salads and
quiche. Ideal as an aperitif, even with the addition of ice.

Cap: Screw Il Pinotage è un vitigno originario del Sudafrica, nato nel 1925 da un singolare incrocio tra Pinot Nero ed Hermitage (o Cinsaut). Padre del Pinotage è stato Abraham Izak Perold, professore universitario e viticoltore che cercava la migliore resistenza alle secche estati della regione del Western Cape in Sudafrica.
Kadette Pinotage Rosè presenta un delicato colore rosa salmone. Al naso si percepiscono aromi di melone maturo, zucchero filato, acqua di rose e frutti di bosco estivi. Al palato, i sapori di lamponi succosi e ciliegie si integrano armonicamente con una fresca e naturale acidità.
Abbinamenti a tavola: Perfetto con piatti di pesce e sushi, così come con insalate e
quiche. Ideale come aperitivo, anche con aggiunta di ghiaccio.
