On the palate the wine explodes with flavors of tropical fruit, pear, melon and passion fruit. A subtle lemon note is beautifully integrated, providing a refreshing acidity. This wine is an excellent choice as an aperitif, but also goes perfectly with salads with citrus fruits and beetroot, goat cheese, shellfish and grilled chicken meat.
With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this is a full, but elegant white wine that you should definitely try.

With a professional history of marketing, we went from Milan to South Africa for the first time in 1999. In Johannesburg, in the office, it was like being in London or New York: every technology was available and English was spoken to everyone. But when you left the asphalted road or parking lot, then the pristine nature and the red-rust dirt road began.
