Aromas of wild berries with subtle notes of licorice and sweet spices.
On the palate there is a hint of compote of raspberries, black cherries and strawberries. Slight acidity and soft, well-rounded tannins make this wine very pleasant and drinkable.
Expected evolution: up to 8 years after bottling.
Pairings at the table: pasta dishes, ostrich meat and game and, above all, it can perfectly accompany the traditional South African braai.

Aromi di frutti di bosco con sottili note di liquirizia e spezie dolci.
Al palato si coglie sentore di composta di lamponi, amarene e fragole. Leggera acidità e tannini morbidi e ben arrotondati fanno sì che questo vino sia molto piacevole e beverino.
Evoluzione prevista: fino a 8 anni dall’imbottigliamento.
Abbinamenti a tavola: piatti di pasta, carne di struzzo e selvaggina e, soprattutto, può perfettamente accompagnare il tradizionale braai sudafricano.

With a professional history of marketing, we went from Milan to South Africa for the first time in 1999. In Johannesburg, in the office, it was like being in London or New York: every technology was available and English was spoken to everyone. But when you left the asphalted road or parking lot, then the pristine nature and the red-rust dirt road began.
