On the palate this Sauvignon Blanc presents aromas of blackcurrant leaves and Cape fig, balanced by a complex fruity and sweet structure of Provencal herbs.
Pairings at the table: Ideal with vegetarian dishes, salads and pasta with fresh vegetable sauces, fish and fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.

Cap: Screw “Cold Fact“ è l'album del cantautore Sixto Rodriguez, fenomeno culturale in Sudafrica e noto a livello internazionale grazie al film "Searching for Sugar Man". Cold Fact è anche un gioco (alla ricerca di sugar man, cioè degli aromi), con cui Jordan identifica la tecnica del cold soak (pre-fermentazione) utilizzata per fare emergere i sapori intensi del Sauvignon Blanc, vitigno altamente aromatico. Il Cold Fact di Jordan consiste nel processo di raffreddamento delle uve, che vengono poi lasciate molte ore sulle bucce.
Al palato questo Sauvignon Blanc presenta aromi di foglie di ribes nero e di fico del Capo, bilanciato da una complessa struttura fruttata e dolce di erbe provenzali.
Abbinamenti a tavola: Ideale con piatti di cucina vegetariana, insalate e pasta con sughi freschi di verdure, pesce e formaggi freschi. Ottimo come aperitivo.
