Preparation: Traditional method of destemming and light crushing.
Tasting notes: Ruby red color, with intense aromas of ripe fruit with nuances of toffee and a spicy background. In the mouth it is long, intense, with a persistent finish, where all the qualities that it gives us on the nose are reflected.
Consumption temperature: Between 16º and 18ºC.
Pairing: White and red meats, medium-aged cheeses, baked fish, grilled vegetables, spoon dishes... Variedad: Elaborado con tempranillo, graciano y garnacha.
Elaboración: Método tradicional de despalillado y estrujado ligero.
Notas de cata: Color rojo rubí, con aromas intensos de fruta madura con matices de tofe y fondo especiado. En boca es largo, intenso, con un final persistente, donde se reflejan todas las cualidades que nos da en nariz.
Temperatura de consumo: Entre 16º y 18ºC.
Maridaje: Carnes blancas y rojas, quesos de media curación, pescados al horno, verduras a la parrilla, platos de cuchara...

It is located on the banks of the Ebro River, with an area of 28 hectares of its own vineyard where the Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha and Viura grape varieties are grown. Our main objective is to offer our customers an excellent wine, of the best quality, taking maximum care of each of the elements involved in the process, from obtaining the grapes to its aging in the barrel and subsequent bottling.
