Two of the items ordered had a shelf life of just 4 months. After asking, I was only told that this was the minimum delivery time for delivered goods. Unfortunately, I was never informed about this in advance anywhere on Orderchamp or by the brand, otherwise I would never have ordered the products as it is impossible for me to sell during this time. The presentation display I ordered has not arrived to date, almost 3 weeks after I ordered it. Overall, unfortunately, a very unsatisfactory experience and little accommodation. I probably won't shop here again.
Zwei der bestellten Artikel hatten eine Haltbarkeit von gerade einmal 4 Monaten. Nach Rückfrage wurde mir nur gesagt, dass das die Mindestlaufzeit für gelieferte Ware sei. Leider wurde ich nirgends auf Orderchamp oder von Seiten der Marke vorab darüber informiert, sonst hätte ich die Produkte nie bestellt, da ein Verkauf in dieser Zeit für mich unmöglich ist. Auch das bestellte Präsentationsdisplay ist bis heute, fast 3 Wochen nach Bestellung nicht bei mir eingetroffen. Insgesamt leider ein sehr unbefriedigendes Erlebnis und wenig Entgegenkommen. Ich werde hier vermutlich nicht noch einmal einkaufen.
Very fine and good products. We follow the Zotter Hand-scooped series and the MIA series. Customers are also very convinced. The only downside (but partly also a plus): You have to order well in advance, because the products are freshly made and come directly from Austria. Always very friendly communication with the distributor.
Zeer fijne en goede producten. Wij volgen de Zotter Hand-scooped reeks en de MIA reeks. Klanten zijn ook zeer overtuigd. Enige minpunt (maar deels ook pluspunt): Je moet goed op voorhand bijbestellen, want de producten worden vers gemaakt en komen rechtstreeks van Oostenrijk. Altijd zeer vriendelijke communicatie met verdeler.
It took a long time for my order to arrive. That in itself is not a problem, but there was no communication about when to expect it. That does not detract from the fact that the chocolate came to me in perfect condition. And it is a wonderful addition to my webshop. Very happy with it!
Het duurde rij lang, voordat m'n bestelling er was. Dat is op zich geen probleem, maar er werd niet gecommuniceerd over wanneer ik het kon verwachten. Dat neem niet weg dat de chocola in perfecte staat bij me binnen kwam. En het een heerlijke aanvulling is voor mijn webshop. Heel blij mee!
