Without artificial colors and flavors, each spoon is a small journey into tradition and the authentic taste of nature.
Handmade traditional sour cherry spoon dessert with sugar. A dessert that evokes memories and brings to the table the old, authentic taste of the Greek summer. Made exclusively with fine sour cherries from local crops – picked at the right stage of ripeness, when they are still firm, acidic and aromatic – this dessert keeps the character of the fruit unchanged.
It is cooked in small quantities to maintain its shape and intensity, and is mixed only with sugar, without the addition of preservatives or other additives. The result is a dessert with a bright ruby color, fine acidity and balanced sweetness – the most representative of the Greek tradition in spoon desserts.
