Het merk kan er niets aan doen, maar het blijft een ding - dat bestellen uit Engeland. Ontzettend fijn, goed geprijsd product. Helaas wel onderworpen aan customs fees etc.

Good goods, but long and problematic delivery - and very expensive due to the customs fees, which cost around 40 euros!!!

Guter Ware, aber lange und problematische Lieferung - und durch die Zollgebühren, die entstehen um die 40,-Euro sehr teuer!!!

The packaging is just as nice in real life as in the picture in the webshop. Tried a number of flavors now and these are pure natural. Delicious!

De verpakkingen zijn net zo leuk in het echt als op het plaatje in de webshop. Een aantal smaken geprobeerd inmiddels en deze zijn puur natuur. Heerlijk!

The biggest drawback is that the tea appeared to have a shelf life of less than 6 months upon arrival. The tea is tasty, but less than expected. The individual pieces are very susceptible to arriving broken during shipping.

Grootste minpunt is dat de thee bij aankomst minder dan 6maanden houdbaar bleek te zijn. De thee is lekker, maar minder dan verwacht. De losse stuks zijn zeer gevoelig om gebroken aan te komen bij verzending.

als ik het geweten had dat ik nog extra invoerrechten had moeten bestellen had ik het niet besteld.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Placed and paid for an order on January 20. Haven't received anything as of today. Except this week a UPS driver with the package but I had to pay. There was no time to check all this so he disappeared again with my package. So almost a month later after my payment still no goods. A bit disappointed.

Helaas geen goede ervaring. Op 20 januari een bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Op vandaag nog niets ontvangen. Behalve deze week een chauffeur van UPS met het pakje maar ik moest betalen. Er was geen tijd om dit alles te checken dus verdween hij opnieuw met mijn pakje. Dus bijna een maand later na mijn betaling nog steeds geen goederen. Beetje ontgoocheld.
