This black tea-oolong has quite some body to it, is soft and slightly sweet and therefore very suitable on a rainy- or cold winter day. The taste of this tea reminds us of rooibos and it’s honey-like tones truly make you warm inside. Please note to infuse this tea multiple times to use your serving to the fullest.
Food combination tip: we recommend this tea to accentuate rich foods and dishes (for example stews, grilled food) but could also be a creative non-alcoholic substitute for your glass of port to side your cheese platter.
