This is a white chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 25.9%. The chocolate contains freeze-dried blackcurrant and lavender, which produces a unique flavor combination.
The chocolate is made with ingredients such as cocoa butter, whole milk powder and bourbon vanilla. The product may contain traces of milk and nuts. Store it dry and out of the light, preferably between 12 and 20 degrees Celsius.
