We are chemists from Berlin and for a long time we have been wondering why the lists of ingredients on chocolate bars are plastered with hundreds of E numbers. Wir sind Chemiker aus Berlin und seit längerem haben wir uns gefragt, warum die Zutatenlisten von Schokoladentafeln mit hunderten von E-Nummern zugepflastert sind. Oder wisst ihr etwa was hinter „E 442, E 476 oder E 491“ steckt? Wir auch nicht! Zudem enthalten die Schokoladen im Supermarkt viel zu viel unnötigen Zucker! Wäre es nicht viel schöner wenn du selber entscheiden könntest was du isst? Genau das haben wir uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, gesund naschen ohne unnötige Zusatzstoff und ohne ungesunden Kristallzucker.
