Chamomile has been used for centuries to reduce stress, promote restful sleep and aid digestion. It is recommended at the end of the day, or before going to bed, to bring you comfort and calm. Its taste is sweet, round in the mouth, almost like honey.
Quality: the plants are organic, French, grown by hand and dried naturally in the Cévennes. This artisanal process allows the quality and benefits of plants to be best preserved. Raw plants: without added flavors, preservatives or other chemicals; only the taste of plants and their natural benefits.
Use: put an individual sachet in a cup, teapot or thermos with boiling water (90°c). Leave to infuse for between 3 and 5 minutes. Remove the sachet and enjoy.
