Disastrous customer support. After the product had to be revised by nuud, we were told that our goods would be picked up and credited - we have been waiting for this for over 2 months. Every now and then an email comes asking again and again which products we still have and when they can be picked up - and then nothing happens again. The package is still in our store. We find that impossible.
Katastrophale Kundenbetreuung. Nachdem das Produkt von nuud überarbeitet werden musste, wurde uns gesagt, dass unsere Ware abgeholt und gutgeschrieben wird - darauf warten wir nun schon über 2 Monate. Ab und zu kommt eine E-mail, in der wieder und wieder abgefragt wird, welche Produkte wir noch haben und wann diese abgeholt werden können - und dann passiert wieder nichts. Das Paket steht nach wie vor bei uns im Laden. Das finden wir unmöglich.
