Our passion for spices is a family affair. We have taken over the torch from Marie-Lou's mother who worked for nearly 15 years in the spice trade. We have always been passionate about cooking and its arts, in love with spices which have an honored role in our recipes. For us, spices are to cooking what adjectives are to words: they punctuate a dish, give it meaning, a new dimension. We select our spices from small producers and cooperatives around the world, and also alongside passionate merchants who support us in our quest and our approach. We are always looking for the expression of a terroir and the work of a producer. All our spices are pure, whole or freshly ground, and from the last harvests, which allows us to monitor their quality and their traceability.
