Our passion for spices is a family affair. We have taken over the torch from Marie-Lou's mother who worked for nearly 15 years in the spice trade. For us, spices are to cooking what adjectives are to words: they punctuate a dish, give it meaning, a new dimension. We select our spices from small producers and cooperatives around the world, and also alongside passionate merchants who support us in our quest and our approach.
