Olympus ironwort, Roselle, Chinese milkvetch, Ginger, Reishi, Licorice, Pennyroyal Pennyroyal , rich in phenols and flavanoids , offers the body antioxidant and mild protective action against a number of invaders: some specific microbes, funghi and certain viruses.
