My purchase from Madame Cheri Chocolate was an absolute disaster. The pistachio liqueur was obviously spoiled and tasted extremely unpleasant, making it inedible. The chocolate products were also of very poor quality and did not seem fresh. However, the customer service is particularly disappointing: I contacted them by email several times and did not receive a single response. Nobody could be reached by phone either. In addition, there was no support from Orderchamp. Dealing with customers like this is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied and definitely cannot recommend this provider.
Mein Einkauf bei Madame Cheri Chocolate war eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Pistazienlikör war offensichtlich verdorben und hat extrem unangenehm geschmeckt, sodass er ungenießbar war. Auch die Schokoladenprodukte waren qualitativ sehr schlecht und wirkten nicht frisch. Besonders enttäuschend ist jedoch der Kundenservice: Ich habe mehrfach per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen und keine einzige Antwort erhalten. Auch telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Zusätzlich gab es keinerlei Unterstützung von Orderchamp. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und kann diesen Anbieter definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

This is the best chocolate I ever had. I am really amazed by the quality. Really love it! My customers do as well. Second order will follow soon. I have people coming to my store just to by Madame Cheri chocolate. The Goji Berries & Walnuts are my favorite. Blueberries & almonds are also a perfect combo. Did not get to try all varieties but ... really great overall.

Goods not received, poor communication, my package is stuck somewhere and I'm supposed to pick it up but no parcel service has it. I won't be ordering anything here again. Very annoying
Ware nicht erhalten, schlechte Kommunikation, mein Paket hängt irgendwo fest und ich soll es abholen aber kein Paketdienst hat es. Hier werde ich nichts mehr bestellen. Sehr ärgerlich
