Living Nutrition is a British company founded in 2014 by nutritional therapist Graham Botfield. Everything they do - from their philosophy to product development - is always in collaboration with nature. The basis of all supplements is a specially developed kefir-kombucha fermentation process, applied to organic nutrients to create 'living' food. Living Nutrition uses fermentation to develop their nutritional supplements. For this they have developed their own kefir-kombucha fermentation process, after many years of research. For the Your Flora products they use a starter of sprouted organic and non-GMO soybeans, which forms an excellent basis. They then add this to their kefir-kombucha culture, for an extended fermentation of 30 days.
