How Homebound surprised me! So far the only company that packs all items properly, so everything arrived intact. I already had a stomach ache because my largest order had been placed with Homebound and I was really looking forward to all the stuff. Unfortunately, 5 orders have been placed with companies so far and it is packed very poorly, resulting in half arriving broken. This can always happen, but you can also see that no effort has been made to pack this carefully. Homebound, on the other hand, packed everything very carefully and neatly. And the items are of very good quality and also have super attractive prices. You have a new regular customer! Very satisfied!
Wat heeft Homebound mij verrast! Tot nu toe het enige bedrijf wat fatsoenlijk alle spullen inpakt waardoor alles heel is aangekomen. Ik had er al buikpijn van want mijn grootste bestelling was bij Homebound geplaatst en ik keek ook echt uit naar alle spullen. Helaas tot nu toe 5 bestellingen gedaan bij bedrijven en het wordt heel slecht ingepakt waardoor de helft gebroken aankomt. Dit kan altijd gebeuren, echter zie je ook dat er geen moeite is gedaan dit zorgvuldig in te pakken. Homebound heeft daarintegen alles heel zorgvuldig en netjes ingepakt. En de spullen zijn kwalitatief heel erg goed en daarbij ook nog super aantrekkelijke prijzen. Jullie hebben er nieuwe vaste klant bij! Super tevreden!

I ordered from this company for a total of 1050.00 euros. In my last order I received candlesticks where the label, which is visibly attached to the outside of the candle holder, cannot be removed without leaving any residue either by soaking in water, using oil or thinning. I was suggested that I should use label remover, but after telling me that I would have to buy it separately, there was no reply. After I asked again, it was suggested to me that I should send half of the candlesticks back and I would then get a refund. After I asked again why only half, there was no answer again. I said goodbye to the company as a customer with thanks. We're talking about 22.50 euros that I would like to have refunded. I just received a suggestion to refund half of it, i.e. 10.25 euros, without sending back the unusable candlesticks. No thanks and never HomeBound again
Ich habe bei dieser Firma insgesamt für 1050,00 Euro bestellt, bei meiner letzten Bestellung habe ich Kerzenleuchter erhalten, bei denen das Etikett, welches außen sichtbar an dem Kerzenhalter angebracht ist, sich weder durch Einweichen in Wasser, noch mit Öl oder Verdünnung rückstandslos entfernen lässt. Ich bekam den Vorschlag dass ich Etiketten Entferner nehmen sollte, nach meiner Mitteilung, dass ich diesen dann erst extra kaufen müsste, kam keine Antwort mehr. Nach nochmaligem Nachfragen meinerseits wurde mir vorgeschlagen, die Hälfte der Leuchter zurückzusenden, diese würde ich dann erstattet bekommen. Nach nochmaliger Nachfrage meinerseits warum nur die Hälfte, kam wieder keine Antwort. Ich habe mich dankend von der Firma als Kunde verabschiedet. Wir reden hier von 22,50 Euro , die ich erstattet habe möchte. Eben kam nachträglich ein Vorschlag mir die Hälfte, also 10,25 Euro zu erstatten, ohne eine Rücksendung der nicht brauchbaren Leuchter. Nein danke und nie wieder HomeBound

There was a lot of break with the order. I would have liked to have sent all the defective candles again. In which a refund. Now I have to place a new order but don't get to the minimum amount
Er zat veel breuk bij de bestelling. Ik had graag alle defecte kaarsen opnieuw opgestuurd willen hebben. Inplaatst van een terugbetaling. Nu moet ik een nieuwe bestelling plaatsen maar kom niet tot het minimum bedrag

We have ordered tiles. Unfortunately, the quality of the tiles is not what we expected. There are spots on most tiles (looks a bit like fat stains) that you will not get away. And there are hard dots of the ceramics on many tiles. To place the tiles in a wooden holder ordered, the lower part of the mounting material must be removed from the hook, otherwise it will not fit and the tile will be too thick. The color of some tiles also differs very much from the color on the screen, for example the "Hello Baby Boy" tile is on the dusk blue but the tiles that we have received are purple. In addition, the hook is placed too high on a few tiles, so that you can see the nail or screw on top of it when hanging. As it shows, we are disappointed in the products supplied. Very unfortunate, because it is a very nice product. Let's hope that our customers are less critical than we are.
We hebben tegeltjes besteld. Helaas is de kwaliteit van de tegeltjes niet wat wij ervan verwacht hadden. Op de meeste tegeltjes zitten vlekjes (lijkt een beetje op vetvlekken) die je niet weg krijgt. En op veel tegeltjes zitten harde puntjes van het keramiek. Om de tegeltjes in een bij bestelde houten houder te plaatsen moet het onderste gedeelte van het bevestigingsmateriaal van het haakje worden weggehaald, anders past het niet en is de tegel te dik. Ook wijkt de kleur van sommige tegels wel erg af van de kleur op het scherm, bijvoorbeeld het tegeltje "Hello baby boy" is op het schem blauw maar de tegeltjes die wij hebben ontvangen zijn paars. Daarnaast is op enkele tegeltjes het haakje te hoog geplaatst, waardoor je bij het ophangen de spijker of schroef er boven ziet uitsteken. Zoals hier wel uit blijkt zijn wij toch wel teleurgesteld in de geleverde producten. Erg jammer, want het is een heel leuk product. Nu maar hopen dat onze klanten minder kritisch zijn dan wij.

Finger WEEEEGGGG ! Unglaubliches Geschäftsgebaren.... Erst wird die Bestellung zusammen gestrichen...gut kann passieren...darauf werden Treckingnummern vergeben die nicht existieren....dann wird die Ware irgendwo hin gesendet....und der falsche Empfänger soll sich darum bemühen mir die Ware zu senden... geht's noch ????? Emails werden spät...wenn überhaupt darauf reagiert wird bearbeitet...und das auch noch mit falschen Antworten... und zum Schluss antwortet keiner mehr....Es kam nur noch die Aussage : wäre für Sie abgeschlossen... Order Champ kümmert sich rührend darum....bekommen aber auch keine Antwort....

The product in general, price quality, is fine. But there are always products that arrive with Tara (surely the manufacture of it is not quality) or broken (because the packaging is not good) send too many articles stacked in a large box, without being well subject and the most delicate things, if They do not have good protection sometimes they arrive broken or with blows.
El producto en general, calidad precio, está bien. Pero siempre hay productos que llegan con tara (seguramente la fabricación del mismo no es de calidad) o rotos (porque el embalaje no es bueno) envían demasiados artículos apilonados en una caja grande,sin que estén bien sujetos y las cosas más delicadas, si no tienen buena protección a veces llegan rotas o con golpes.
