Spice Drops are concentrated extracts that retain all the natural goodness and authentic taste of the herbs, fruits and flowers. No artificial colourings. No artificial preservatives. No artificial flavourings.
Ratio : 1 drop = 1 stick of lemongrass.
Ingredients: Lemongrass extract (50%) and Emulsifier - polysorbate 80.
Why Not Try?
Adding 3 Lemongrass Extract drops per serving to the chicken (or vegetable) broth for a comforting soup. Or add zing to a plain chocolate cake: boil 75ml water and 150g caster sugar together for 10 minutes, then cool, adding 7- 8 drops, and pour over warm chocolate cake.
