Masala Chai:
Combine ½ a cup water, ½ a cup whole milk, and 2 teaspoons Assam black tea in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat, add 1-2 tsp sugar (sugar enhances the spices), stir, cover, and allow to stand for 5 mins. Put 3-4 drops Chai Masala Spice Drops into a cup, strain in the tea, and serve hot.
