Cherish your MOMENT with tea I was born and raised in Japan and that is why I have been familiar with Japanese Matcha & Teas from an early age. Even after more than 40 years, I still drink several cups of tea every day and my interest in tea is endless. At the moment I am enjoying experimenting and baking with Matcha. Besides the taste of tea, I am also impressed by the infinite cooking possibilities of tea. Another important aspect of my passion for tea is that it is healthy to drink. However, the main reason I am attracted to Japanese Matcha & Teas is the life force of a Japanese tea ceremony called “Sado” 茶道. “Ichi-go Ichi-e”(一期一会) literally means “1 time, 1 meeting”.
