I (Simon, then 19) just got back from training in the evening and make myself a cheap protein shake at home. The problem: This tastes extremely sweet & chemical on the one hand and on the other hand I look at the list of ingredients and see a long list of questionable, incomprehensible or threatening-sounding additives and ask myself what I'm actually eating and whether this shake doesn't do more harm than good to my body - the idea of Fairprotein was born.
