Artichokes of the Blanca de Tudela variety grown in organic plantations in Ribera del Ebro (Navarre).
The artichokes are harvested at optimum ripeness and are peeled by hand to ensure the absence of hard leaves. They are then packed in oil where they are confit. No preservatives or flavour enhancers are added.
They are very tender artichokes with an exquisite natural flavour.
