Information
This is a unique wine vinegar made from fortified wines of Pedro Ximenez grapes from the Montilla Moriles region. After converting the wine into vinegar, it is aged for at least 20 years in oak barrels according to the Solera system.
The result is an amber-colored vinegar, similar to a brandy, with a mild woody and roasted scent. On the palate it is elegant, acidic but not aggressive, with hints of the Pedro Ximenez grape in the aftertaste.
This vinegar is ideal for seasoning all kinds of dishes.
