Made with hand-picked tomatoes and thyme grown and harvested on the small island of Naxos off the coast of Greece. We use our traditional Olive making methods to process the organic ripe tomatoes into a delicious paste without compromising on flavour or texture.
Harnessing the power of the Greek Sun, the tomatoes are dried, concentrating thier flavour and locking in nutrients. They are then turned into paste and combined with our signature olive oil local Thyme.
