From fruity Habanero and smoky Ghost Pepper to the fiery Carolina Reaper, every pepper we use has its own personality. We build each sauce around that, pairing chillies with ingredients that bring out their best. Our peppers are oven roasted to boost their natural sweetness, and we only use high quality, all-natural ingredients. No sugar and just a splash of fine Italian vinegar to keep things fresh and balanced.
