Pour your fruit tea at 100 ° C. You should put about 15-20 grams of tea in a tea strainer for one liter of water. This corresponds roughly to 5-6 heaped teaspoons. Let your fruit tea steep for 7-10 minutes before removing the tea strainer from the water.
