The organic farm Podere Panolfo is located in Umbria in the territory of the municipality of Montecchio (TR), listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy, in the marvelous hilly context covered with olive groves and vines that overlooks Lake Corbara on one side and the Tiber Valley on the other. Our company has always produced organic products. From the beginning when Silvano and Annamaria took over the estate and expanded the olive grove with Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino cultivar plants. Today we produce high quality oil paying close attention to sustainability in a very broad sense. We have completely eliminated plastic in packaging and shipping; we turn to collaborators and suppliers mainly from the area; we seek out traditional values and rework them by applying the knowledge and technologies available today.
