Bubuey is the name of a small Colombian town in the Pacific Ocean. This necklace is inspired by the tropical landscape of this enchanted place.
The necklace is made of a tube with a pattern that is hand-woven with navy blue rayon thread using artisanal basket-weaving techniques. It is decorated with African vinyl discs in shades of emerald green and royal blue, faceted Czech glass beads in royal blue, pieces of zamak in the shape of petals and blue rubberized helix pendants. The chain is tubular and has a hook closure.
All the silver pieces are in zamak (aluminum, magnesium and copper alloy) with a silver coating. They are nickel free.
Measurement: 46cms long.
