1. Opakowanie różni się od tego na zdjęciach. Nie powinno być tam białej papierowej podstawy, jak na zdjęciach, ale faktycznie jest. Problem w tym, że dość mocno się zabrudziła, bo miała bezpośredni kontakt z czekoladą. Produktu nie można zatem już oferować klientom, ponieważ wygląda okropnie. 2. 5 przedmiotów zostało połamanych, a pistacje na wierzchu czekolady zostały zmiażdżone w niektórych przedmiotach. 3. Dział obsługi klienta Orderchamp był w stanie zaoferować jedynie kupon o wartości 50 euro, który traci ważność za 13 dni i zauważył, że zwrotu pieniędzy można dokonać dopiero po zweryfikowaniu problemu przez sprzedawcę. Dlaczego do tej pory nie przeprowadzono weryfikacji, nie wiadomo – nikt nie jest w stanie odpowiedzieć na to pytanie. Reklamacja została złożona w dniu 13 listopada 2021 roku.

1. The packaging is different from the one in the pictures. There should be no white paper base, as in the pictures, but there actually is one. The problem is that it has become quite dirty, as it has direct contact with the chocolate. The product can therefore no longer be offered to customers because it looks terrible. 2. 5 of the items were broken and the pistachios on top of the chocolate were crushed in some of the items. 3. Orderchamp customer service was only able to offer a 50 euro coupon that expires in 13 days, and noted that a refund can only be made after the seller has verified this issue. Why the verification has not been carried out until now, remains unknown - no one can answer this question. The complaint was filed on the 13th of November of 2021.
