El problema es que se ha ensuciado bastante, al tener contacto directo con el chocolate. Por lo tanto, el producto ya no se puede ofrecer a los clientes porque tiene un aspecto terrible. 2. 5 de los artículos estaban rotos y los pistachos encima del chocolate estaban triturados en algunos de los artículos. 3. El servicio de atención al cliente de Orderchamp solo pudo ofrecer un cupón de 50 euros que vence en 13 días y señaló que solo se puede realizar un reembolso después de que el vendedor haya verificado este problema. Aún se desconoce por qué no se ha realizado la verificación; nadie puede responder a esta pregunta. La denuncia fue presentada el 13 de noviembre de 2021.
