Envío bien, fragancia buena, pero: si un cliente compra una vela costosa por 20 €, quiere una tapa sin rasguños y abolladuras y un Etttikett decente. Muy a menudo mencionado aquí, pero aparentemente no importa y no se correge. Demasiado.
Versand gut, Duft gut, aber: wenn ein Kunde eine teure Kerze für 20€ kauft, möchte er einen Deckel ohne Kratzer und Dellen und ein ordentliches Ettikett. So oft hier erwähnt, aber scheinbar ist es egal und wird nicht korrigiert. Schade.

¡Grandes aromas! Tan genial que las etiquetas, algunas de ellas pegadas en ángulo, no importan. Si se mejorara esto sería un 5 con estrellas extra. También bien empaquetado y entregado rápidamente. Gracias 👍🏻
Tolle Düfte! So toll, dass die teilweise schräg geklebten Etiketten nicht ins Gewicht fallen. Wenn das noch verbessert wird, gäbe es eine 5 mit extra Sternchen. Auch super verpackt und schnell geliefert. Danke 👍🏻

De las 68 velas entregadas, 29 tenían etiquetas defectuosas, no selladas correctamente, lo que provoca burbujas debajo de la etiqueta. ¡No pudimos ofrecerlos a los clientes! Y esto no sucede por primera vez. En nuestro pedido anterior también hubo muchas velas defectuosas con el mismo problema.
Out of 68 delivered candles, 29 were with defective labels - not sealed properly which causes bubbles under the label. We could not offer them to customers! And this is not happening for the first time. In our previous order there were also many defected candles with the same problem.
