Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia con este pedido ha sido decepcionante. La entrega tardó mucho más de lo esperado, y cuando finalmente llegó, el paquete se había dejado afuera bajo la lluvia, que está lejos de ser aceptable para un producto de este valor. Además de eso, el gabinete en sí tiene algunos problemas serios. Los mangos se instalaron incorrectamente, mirando hacia adentro en lugar de hacia afuera, muy frustrante. Para una pieza de diseño moderna, esperaba mucha más atención al detalle y al control de calidad. Si bien los materiales, la madera de nogal y el acero de oro, parecen prometedoras, la experiencia general ha sido decepcionada por el mal manejo de la entrega y los errores de ensamblaje.
Unfortunately, my experience with this order has been disappointing. The delivery took much longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, the package had been left outside in the rain, which is far from acceptable for a product of this value. On top of that, the cabinet itself has some serious issues. The handles were installed incorrectly, facing inward instead of outward, very frustrating. For a modern design piece, I expected much more attention to detail and quality control. While the materials, walnut wood and gold steel, look promising, the overall experience has been let down by poor delivery handling and assembly mistakes.
