However, we would like to clarify regarding the pink shoes: these were discontinued, and before shipping, we contacted you asking if you agreed to substitute them with similar items. We even sent you photos of the substitutes, and you confirmed that this was acceptable. Please also note that all our items are accurately described in the product listings, including the material and design (e.g., 3D printed on polyester).
