Magnet Soap Disc – Flower of Life
Informationen
Function meets design
The SAVONT Flower of Life soap disc Ø 24 mm connects a solid bar of soap to the magnet of a compatible soap holder. The soap is held freely, can dry all around between uses and remains within easy reach.
The form, built from overlapping circles, is known as a geometric ornament from antiquity and is today often associated, as the “Flower of Life”, with harmony, wholeness and connectedness. As a fine engraving on the soap, it can turn the everyday use of solid soap into a small, conscious, almost meditative moment.
Technology & material
Technically, this decorative soap disc is based on the SAVONT Original Ø 24 mm soap disc. Its rounded, tribofinished teeth engage the soap in a controlled way and provide reliable anchoring.
SAVONT uses a high-alloy stainless steel selected for lasting contact with soap and moisture. This is not only about conventional corrosion: some metals can react with soap ingredients and cause dark deposits, discoloration or precipitation effects that may easily be mistaken for rust. The material selection and processing of the SAVONT soap disc are designed to minimise corrosion and such soap-related reaction effects.
Technical details
- diameter: Ø 24 mm
- height: 5 mm
- material thickness: 0.5 mm
- material: high-alloy stainless steel
- rounded, tribofinished teeth
- inserted manually without tools
- for SAVONT systems using Ø 24 mm soap discs
- technically compatible with Protector SMART; for small, delicate shampoo and shower bars, Ø 19 mm remains the preferred size
Use
Press the soap disc gently and as centrally as possible into the solid soap. For very hard soap, briefly moisten the area first. The soap can then be docked to a compatible magnetic soap holder.
