This red algae has a great moisturizing capacity and makes the skin silky and smooth. It has the property of repairing and calming the skin. Chondrus Crispus is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, C, E, calcium, trace elements, protein, antioxidants and carrageenan.
After use, you can use the seaweed as compost.
