I recently placed my first order with Yoko Design. Unfortunately, the rubber rings of 3 thermos cups were damaged, so the bottles are not leak-proof. After communication was initially somewhat difficult, it was resolved neatly and Yoko Design sent 5 new rubber rings.
Ik heb onlangs mijn eerste bestelling geplaatst bij Yoko Design. Helaas waren bij 3 thermosbekers de rubberen ringen beschadigd zodat de flessen niet lekvrij zijn. Nadat de communicatie eerst wat moeizaam op gang kwam is het wel netjes opgelost en heeft Yoko Design 5 nieuwe rubberen ringen opgestuurd.
