Once upon a time a Dutch boy, who thought black pepper was spicy, met a Turkish girl. This opened up the wonderful world of spicy food and soon their years of kitchen experience birthed all kinds of wonderful sauces. Bold and interesting flavour combinations is what it is all about. No standard hot sauce to be found here.
