OsteoZinc Plus is a carefully formulated food supplement presented in two complementary forms: 2 tablets and 1 softgel capsule per day. The tablets deliver a broad spectrum of minerals and fat-soluble vitamins; the softgel capsule provides high-quality fish oil rich in DHA and EPA, vitamin C, and soy isoflavones. Together, they form a complete nutritional package that covers key micronutrients often difficult to obtain in sufficient amounts from diet alone — including calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, boron, selenium, vitamin K2, and vitamin D3. Food supplements should be used responsibly and in accordance with individual dietary needs.
How to Use
Take 2 tablets and 1 softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C), out of reach of children.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Always consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Blood-thinning medication: Vitamin K2 may interact with anticoagulant medications such as warfarin or acenocoumarol. Consult your doctor if you are using such medication. Hormone-sensitive conditions: Soy isoflavones may have oestrogen-like activity. If you have or have had a hormone-sensitive condition, seek medical advice before use.
