This is a delicious, organic Indian herbal stock. The stock is made from 69% raw vegetables, such as carrot, onion and parsnip, supplemented with natural sea salt and a mix of herbs such as turmeric, ginger, garlic, bock's horn, coriander, cumin and pepper. This stock is perfect for preparing Indian curries with meat or vegetables, as well as for lentil and potato dishes. The broth is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free, and contains no yeast, fat or sugar. In addition, the product is certified organic and has a shelf life of at least 9 months, even after opening.
